i'm trying to make some avatars from stills on this site but they're so dark. anyone know a way to lighten / brighten the colors from that? i've
looked around eljay and can't find anything decent to make them look nicer. they keep coming out fuzzy or grainy.

I just use PSP to brighten my images. You can also play around with the layers and whatnot and change the type of layer.

Ok, so I tried - and I don't think you'll be able to get a nice av out of these caps cause they're pretty low quality and they just are grainy. I'd
look for a fan site that carry caps, they'll most likely have HQ ones. I'll try to mess some more with these, but as of now, I can't get rid of the
grain no matter what I try.
